It will soon be two years since Protokol opened its doors to the public (June 8, 2021).
Two years already that our establishment proposes ‘‘a new way of dining ’’ to an ever enthusiastic custumer base.
Time goes by and our team has never stopped improving its service, its dishes, its wine list, its champagnes and its cocktails. Let's not talk about our shows that make the evenings at Protokol unique: We all want our customers to have an unforgettable time!
This hard work is paying off as we have more and more guests coming from all over the world who do not hesitate to come from far, sometimes very far.
So thank you to all our customers who make us every day we improve a unique formula in Brussels. At Protokol, we welcome those who have made remarks, sometimes rightly or wrongly, because they have motivated us to do our best. If the waiting time was sometimes long, don't hold it against us because at Protokol we always serve fresh products, made at the moment.
As for the organization, we improve it day after day, even if sometimes some customers fail us at the last moment...which also makes the customers on the waiting list happier...
As we like to say, "At Protokol, we know why our customers come back".
